Boyd K. Johnson


Boyd JohnsonBoyd Johnson’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law (including non-profit organizations), and tax law. Boyd’s business law practice is distinguished in that he holds an M.B.A. and is equipped to analyze both the business and legal effects of a proposed course of action. Additionally, Boyd assists individuals and families in estate planning and tailoring appropriate planning techniques with each client’s unique objectives. He is also well-acquainted with Minnesota’s probate and trust administration procedures and can help families navigate the difficult time when loved ones pass away.

Boyd enjoys spending time with his wife, a nurse at a local clinic. They live in Wayzata and can frequently be found visiting the area’s lakes and parks. Boyd was formerly a professional tennis instructor and coach through the United States Professional Tennis Association. Boyd and his wife are both active members in their church, Bethlehem Baptist Church, located in downtown Minneapolis.
